iDeal 2.0 - checkout page still showing issuer selection

Hi Wouter,

I adjusted the code as per commit bf67c41.
After making an order by clicking on checkout I'm being redirected to the page (/cart.php?a=complete), but there the issuer selection is still present.

Checked further and found I'm using mollieideal devapp :p

Any chance you could update this as well? :)

Are you sure you correctly applied the change? mollieideal_devapp does use the referenced file, and the issuer selection form is completely gone in the codebase afaik.
