Are you using WSL Kali? I am facing the same issue with wine.

Actually I got the same issue but in kali virtual box.

Then I tried to use copilot for help now it's insisting me to verify wine and pyinstaller installation, and config the wine if I use first. I tried configuration too but no improvement.
