Some elements of my system have extremely low numbers.

These consistently display improvement variation, however this is not meaningful to my stakeholders - for example if an area has a mean of 0.01 and records enough datapoints of 0, while it technically meets the definition of a shift, it is not meaningful.

I would like to be able to define thresholds for filtering in the summary table to reduce the noise my consumers have to navigate. I would like to be able to do this based on Centreline and any of control limits to allow flexibility.

I would like to be able to pass a measure to this which will take into account the measure/indicator name - some indicators have a low occurrence but my stakeholders still want to show them no matter what the value, while some other indicators have low occurrence and do not want to be shown as improvement.
