Better installation (+guide) for Fedora/rpm-based distros #25

It would be nice to have a .rpm instead of only the .deb
Also, as I migrated my computer from Debian to Fedora, I had some problems due to my firewall while trying to access my nodejs server from my phone. Those problems should be documented for non-expert users.
As I am not an expert with firewalls, I would need someone to review any documentation I write on that topic...

I tried do it, but is very complex and i could not.
A reviewer of Mozilla is building a .rpm package.
So coming soon we must have the .rpm package.
