FastUSDC: add remaining noble express chains to chainhub

What is the Problem Being Solved?

We have some missing (commented out from test) chain infos for fast-usdc.

These chains are listed as required but don't have a connection to noble tagged as preferred in the chain registry.

For some of these chains, I think it's just a matter of updating the chain registry. For others, I think they require multihop connections from e.g. noble->osmosis->destination-chain. We need to find a way to keep these connections updated (possibly skip api?) and ensure our chain hub can express multihop connections.
