TypeError: Cannot read property 'startActivity' of undefined #23

Not sure if this is the same as issue #2 from last year, as it seems like the bug underlying it then has been fixed, but I'm getting this again a day or so after restarting NodeRed. There's nothing else in the log, just this single line once per attempt:
8 Oct 16:03:36 - [error] [H activity:LR TiVo] TypeError: Cannot read property 'startActivity' of undefined
Unlike in issue #2 , I can still see the list of activities in the node UI.

Same problem for me, after some time i get this message with the activities still in the UI.
Harmony IP has not changed.
