@chiraggmodi I just haven't put in the time. Anyone who's interested in implementing the feature can give it a go! Are you familiar with Google Photo's zoom HUD feature? It's the mini view showing the whole content with a rectangle showing the zoomed/visible region. Please make it optional. Maybe as a plugin or add-on based on pub/sub events.

@chiraggmodi Cool. I can't guarantee it'll make it into core, so if you need to first expose any more events or data or methods from here to make it work as an external add-on, that might be your best bet.
