Describe the bug
The website has at least two instances of <

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open Author a Rule page.
  2. scroll down to the "Using the Command Line" section.
  3. scroll down to the "Using Visual Studio Code" section.

This is a bug in our upstream CMS system. Hopefully they get a fix drafted soon.
