Flag "sooner than later" - suggest "sooner rather than later" and "sooner or later" #616

Description

  • Using this instead of "sooner rather than later" has been common mistake among some native English speakers for a couple of generations.
  • Using it instead of "sooner or later" I wasn't aware of until I started looking for examples for the first case. It seems to be recent and made by non-native speakers.

In fact some of those in the first list may belong in the second list. Maybe the "message" should try to guide the user. The first means "as soon as possible" or "at the earliest possible convenience" while the second means "At some point when we get around to it" or "At some point you will encounter this"...
