Contact Form / Date Picker, distorted in Tablet View.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Add a new page, and select the Contact Form Layout that is in 2 columns. Address on the Left, Form on the Right.
2. Add a Date Picker block to the Form.
3. Publish and View the Page
4. Resize the window to roughly tablet size, and you will see

What I expected

I expected the Date Picker Calendar to dynamically resize along with the Form for Tablet Sized displays.

What happened instead

The date picker leaves the screen and the become distorted.

It may be better to approach fixing this bug by switching to the native date picker implementation offered by each browser.
