This is a follow-up to #39985.

On WordPress.com Simple sites running the p2 theme, the External Media and AI Image buttons in the image block are not aligned properly:

in the wp-admin editor

in the frontend editor

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any p2 on WordPress.com.
2. Start writing a new post
3. Insert an image block
4. Notice the alignment issues like on the screenshot above.

Note

This only happens on sites running p2, cannot be reproduced on other types of sites, with or without the Gutenberg plugin, regardless of the version of WordPress.
