Sofort and giropay have both been deprecated in #9820 and #9055 respectively. While these payments need to remain registered and functional to support post-order processes (e.g. refunds), there are many icons and references previously present in onboarding flows, settings, and checkout that may no longer be in use.

This issue is to return to clean up these remnants of these legacy payment methods. This issue is currently blocked pending potential refactors in #10098 that may replace these references or make them entirely redundant.
