  • Requires editing weapons.xtbl, squad_loadout.xtbl, items_inventory.xtbl, upgrades.xtbl, upgrades_text.xtbl, tech_level.xtbl
  • Need to take a look at how Arrows did it originally as I'm missing something
  • Need to start a new game for the upgrades and locker to not be messsed up
  • Need RSL2/Reconstructor to increase limit for item_inventory.xtbl and something related to squads for the subverter I think
