Scaleform Video Encorder has issues with 4k video #4

Trying to replace the 4k sonic team video film, but the software runs out of memory and doesn't complete the conversion.
This doesn't happen with any other video that isn't 4k.
It was noted by a user with a similar issue here.

Does anyone have a 4k patch?
