Add support for Secret Server. I'm not sure exactly how this would work, since I don't have the Secret Server API reference in front of me. I'm afraid that IAM users would need to be named after Secret Ids which probably isn't descriptive enough for everyday use. But maybe looking up secrets by path is easy enough (if the paths aren't too long).
