There's a set of standard datasets we will want in platform that are relatively static.

  1. ACS (@hunterowens to look at @iandees code) (ref ACS Data #6 )
  2. OSM @ian-r-rose has OGR one liner
  3. Homeless Count (see various PRs)
  4. LA Times Neighborhoods
  5. Neighborhood Councils
  6. Streets Centerlines
  7. Council Districts
