According to old notes, this new version no longer outputs correlations_per_family.txt, the content should be like:

  OG000001
  bait       gene  correlation
  at3g11430  at1g01280     0.654329
  at5g23190  at1g01280     0.577237
  at5g41040  at1g01340     0.606635

  OG000002
  ...

This shows significant correlations between non-baits and baits grouped by family.
