Deprecation warnings, non-compatibility with python 3.12, libpng12.so.0

Hello!

I tried running rgt-THOR on my data. Unfortunately, the it is not compatible with python 3.12, as the numpy dependency removed some necessary functions. Also i get quite some deprecation warnings when running it. rgt-THOR also depends on libpng12.so.0, which is not available for Ubuntu versions 16.10+. This makes the tool difficult/impossible to use with up to date software.

I also encountered the libpng12.so.0 dependency error when using a conda environment with Python 3.9.15. I found it was caused by wigToBigWig and managed to fix it by manually installing it.
