Battery Status needs some UX improvements.

Allow users to show the battery percentage on all screens. (Make this this default behaviour? )
Removed the "CGD" battery status when battery is fully charged. Confusing, and just saying "100%" will be the same thing.
Rework lockscreen battery notification to reduce assets used + generated.
