Changing it to:
x=Dense(256,activation='relu')(x)

x=Dense(256,activation='relu')(x)

gave:
{'p_good': 0.0, 'p_ill': 1.0}
{'p_good': 1.0, 'p_ill': 0.0}

Be careful about ill and good paths. Address the test path.
