When opening the running file, the title content is displayed. How can I solve the problem?

Can you provide me more information about the installation?

The only reason I can think of is that the dependencies were not installed correctly.

So... How did you install UVR5 UI? What is the path where you installed it? Were there any error messages when installing the requirements? Trying to install on Windows or Linux?
