I would like to know if you could help to tell me how to install this extension on moodle 4.2?

I tried by myself but it doesn't work and don't know what I am missing?

I'm maintaining a fork of this repository in https://github.com/OmarIthawi/arabic-mathjax/

It's a bit more up to date with features like Common-CSS output besides the HTML-CSS default output. Please check it out and open issues there.
