multimodal-open-r1-8k-verified dataset problem

I found the first two problems of lmms-lab/multimodal-open-r1-8k-verified are not correct:

1. in the first one, there's no s in the given image, and in the answer part, the inference process give the unchanged answer which should be C, but it give the final choice A.
2. I think the final answer should be 5 to 2, which is not shown in the given 4 choices.
