Can't bind client to an IPv6 address #327

Attempting to bind the client to an IPv6 address does not work. For example ./fah-client --http-addresses [::]:7396 errors out saying the address family is not supported.

Ah, didn't know there was an old repo for issues. I'm also in a NAT64 environment so even if the binding worked that's going to be a problem for me

This is fixed by CauldronDevelopmentLLC/cbang@4b4b13f and will be in the next release.

Can IPv6 addresses be specified in the allow/deny options?
