Split PPD column into two columns (one for pure compute, another for effective PPD)

1st column would be calculated from suggestion in #199 issue, where PPD would reflect pure compute (aka Pure PPD). Second PPD column would be effective PPD, which would be realistic PPD, of what user can expect to get when everything is taken in consideration from download to upload.
First (Pure PPD) option is vital for internal testers
Second column (Effective PPD) would be useful for general public (I believe this is what we have right now to some extent).
