The bottom of Hi-C figure

When I examing Hi-C data, the bottom of the Hi-C data seems to be cut (as the below figure shows), how can I display it fully ?

Thaks for reporting this, it had a max height of 400. I fixed this to properly be the full height of the triangle, and also added another option to actually compress the triangle to the height of the track here

You can try this branch with

jbrowse create --branch adjust_to_height

it is not released yet on desktop, if you need a quickfix I can make a beta build for you but otherwise should be in next release
