dotplot view colours

the dotplot view allows us to select multiple synteny tracks (in my case genome alignment and gene alignments) and they become both visible

would be really cool if we could have them as different colours so we can tell which one is which

this is sort of possible in existing versions. it requires

a) use "Copy track" to make it a session track
b) then open the session track "Settings"
c) then go through the settings to the dotplot renderer settings. you can change the color of all dots, or color by strand, mapping qual, etc.

this is very hidden in the UI via those steps, it very much needs to be surfaced and made easier to access
