Incompatible with More Mob Variants

Bug Description

When More Mob Variants is installed, the Cow and Cat statues are glitched, constantly shuffling between those mobs's variants.

(aside from fixing this, would it be possible to add trophies for all variantss?)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download OB Trophies and More Mob Variants
2. Launch the Game
3. place the Cow or Cat Trophy

I know exactly why this happens. The more axolotl variants mod had a similar issue, and I was able to fix it with a new system in 1.20.4. I'll add proper support for 1.21, but getting the system working in 1.20.1 is gonna be tricky and I really dont want to work on older versions if I dont have to.
I'll add support for the mod while im at it too :)
