Many users are missing that this is supported.

This was changed to enabled by default for fresh installs a long time ago and extended to videos too. #497 would be a good improvement to extend the option to the preview and make it consistent across preview, image capture and video capture as people would expect. New wording can be made for a unified toggle as part of adding it.
