Embodied Carbon - Component Life span

While calculating the Time Shared or Resource Shared shouldn't we also consider the country that manufactured those hardward assets because the Co2 emissions could vary by country where it was produced or is it assumed that it is already accounted for int he device’s embodied carbon?
