So I'd like to be able to build Crazyswarm2 for windows but unfortunately the cmakelists.txt are outdated and contain many dependencies that might not be necessary. So I'm proposing a minimal build that only builds the cflib part and doesn't not contain any dependencies for motion capture messages.
