Clipboard Shutter Sound not working on PastePal 2.16.8 (186) when capturing items to the clipboard

Describe the bug
When Adjusting settings to play a different sound via Copy & Paste, the shutter sound does not work or make a sound. Bell, Coin, Tick do work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Sound drop down'
3. Scroll down to 'Shutter.'
4. See error

Expected behavior
When I copy something to the clipboard I expect to hear a sound eg. a Shutter Sound
