upgrade a Delphi 2007 http server to support TLSv1.2

Here are my steps to upgrade:

1. Create a blank application with Delphi 2007, in the main form, only add a TIdHTTPServer and a TIdServerIOHandlerSSLOpenSSL, use TIdServerIOHandlerSSLOpenSSL for TIdHTTPServer's IOHandler

2. Setup TIdServerIOHandlerSSLOpenSSL's SSLOptions with proper CertFile, KeyFile and RootCertFile, chose sslvTLSv1 for Method

3. Setup proper binding for TIdHTTPServer

4. Copy year 2012's OpenSSL library libeay32.DLL and ssleay32.DLL to the build output folder

5. Run the application, use Postman to test with TLSv1, returns 200 with HTTP GET

6. Download latest Indy code

7. Change the project's libray search path to latest Indy's source code paths

8. In the form create event, change TIdServerIOHandlerSSLOpenSSL to use TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2:
   idsrvrhndlrslpnsl1.SSLOptions.SSLVersions := [sslvTLSv1_1,sslvTLSv1_2];

9. Rebuild the application

10. Replace OpensSL library with a later version from 2016

11. Run the application, HTTP GET from Postman is hanging forever

What else do I need to do to be able to use later TLS version, i.e., need to support TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2?

I have figured out what have been missing:

1. OpenSSL's DLL need to be openssl-1.0.2u-i386-win32
2. TIdHTTPServer's event OnQuerySSLPort needs to set VUserSSL := True
