Current Behavior (if any)

There is no way to quickly change the order of custom external links on game pages. This is critical when there are more than a dozen of them.

Desired Behavior

Ability to drag and drop external link blocks in extension settings.

Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior

The ability to quickly make the list of links more structured: first come links to reference systems and wikis, in alphabetical order, then come links to alternative trading platforms.

I've been wanting to do this some time ago. Now that we use a reactive framework this should be much easier to implement.
