Add option to not extract directory receives

Implementing this allows us to show file save dialog even when receiving a folder. This will make it possible to close out #45 and #164 easily.

Describe the solution you'd like to see.

Add options to select where to save a file replacing the download path setting when enabled (will likely need to disable the option for a user to enabled automatic extraction) and add an option to not extract directory receives.
