Describe the bug

On Uni of Southampton server, a new verification has been created and yet those already verified with that email have not received the roles. I am not sure what is the cause for this, but the fix is to unVerify yourself & verify again (screenshot)

To Reproduce

To be investigated, look into things like does this behaviour occur by default, what if reVerify in external server, rate limits etc.?

Expected behaviour

If verified on another server, give role on this server immediately
