Concurrent Git Release Flow

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When multiple koala features are in process we need a way to both test on the dev bot, and still be able to make hotfixes to production without using the master branch

Describe the solution you'd like

• Multiple backend dev bots if possible, customizable by feature (maybe investigate GitHub environments)
• Create docker release for PRs when required
• A release branch and a hotfix branch (either 1 of each, or one of each per major/minor version)
• Discuss with other Senior Developers
• Create chart for future reference
