Add support for Avatto WSMD-4 (TS0601) 4 channel relay (_TZE204_f5efvtbv)

I own this device, and would like to see it supported by zigbee2mqtt. I have tried to follow the "Support new devices" document, but I am still very lost. I somebody could guide me to add support for this device, I would be very grateful.

Looks like it's just a renamed "TS0601_switch_4_gang_1".
