• persistent bank account of players
• One round per channel
• Game master has control of round
  ** Should probably be who ever initiated the round
• new players get new default balance
• players that go bust get new default balance but lose rank/karma/face
• players that double their money get default money and gain rank/karma/face
• some humor. Like clever bust lines.

new round: initialize new round
bet [0-9]+ : make wager betting [0-9]+ fake moneys
hit : hit on your hand
stay : stay on hand
abandon round: abandon round. Can only be done by GM
call [player]: everyone can call the . The bot will challenge the gm who must respond with here in X minutes
here: telling the bot that you are here and have not abandoned your hand/money/round(if gm)
