Hello,

I plan to use the summit peaks generated by HMMRATAC to study TF binding motifs. In the examples, there is no mention of the need to shift the peak in any direction to account for the 9 bp insertion of Tn5 (as recommended in Buenrostro et al., 2013). Does this step need to be performed before processing the .bam files with HMMRATAC ?
