我的日常工作会涉及transformer。之前项目也有融合激光雷达和相机数据的，可以拿来学习。我日常工作也涉及一些模型小型化的工作，比如混合精度训练。另外，我也会用openmmlab的分布式训练。我怎么样能最快从自动驾驶算法工程师转到大模型算法工程师
