Terrain control not working #565

Hey! i am using TerrainControl 1.12.2 version SNAPSHOT and I canot make it work. I tried enabling it on server at first but then gave up and said "let's try it in singleplayer". I've chosen TerrainControl world type, when world was created the command /tc biome said that TC is not enabled for this world. On server I tried with nucleus' commands for world creation (beacuse level-type=TerrainControl didn't work) (i'm running spongeforge server) and it didn't work either. I have downloaded the forge mod from
http://build.mctcp.com/job/TerrainControl%20-%20Master%20-%20Gradle/lastStableBuild/default/artifact/platforms/forge/build/distributions/terraincontrol-forge-2.8.3-SNAPSHOT.jar
I tried with curseforge website's mod but I didn't load...
