Job based Workflow

Currently, you pass datatsets, anomaly detectors and preprocessors to the workflow, and these are executed in a grid-like manner. In certain cases, you only want to execute certain detectors on certain time series. In the current implementation, this is not possible with the workflow and some custom loop should be written. It would be nice if an additional option is implemented in the workflow, which makes it possible to really specify which jobs should be executed. Then two types of workflows can be created: a grid-based workflow which is identical to the current implementation, and a job-based workflow in which you specify the jobs exactly.
