SDR using USBIP to connect to HA #215

Hey,

I'm running HA on Hyper-V so I need to run USBIP to bind the US SDR dongle to use in HA.

In the docker configuration you can set/change the USB device bus path. But I can see a way of doing this using this method.

So near yet so far...
