Before Continuing:

  • Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
  • Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
  • Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
  • If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
  • Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Version

1.20.1-FABRIC

Supplementaries Version

supplementaries-1.20-3.1.12-fabric

Moonlight Lib Version

moonlight-1.20-2.13.59-fabric

Describe Issue

Locked maps do not use the new map colors features in Supplementaries. On the screenshot below is a 2x3 map wall; on the left are unlocked 1:1 maps (using the new map colors), on the right are 1:1 locked maps (using vanilla colors).

Screenshot

Note that this is done in 3.1.12 (second version) and not 3.1.13, since 3.1.13 crashes on world load due to a mod compatability issue with the new banner addition (will create a seperate issue).

so do you mean maps that were made locked before you installed the mod?

No, these maps were made while having Supplementaries installed. When I locked them, they reverted to the vanilla color palette.

well for some reason i had specifically made that and the light data not copy on lock and copy. Idk why i did that tbh
