Describe the bug

The index gets cached by the browser, so the menu can show stale information. We probably need some cache-busting.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Run CSET
  2. Look at the webpage in your browser.
  3. Run CSET with some different variables selected.
  4. Look at the webpage again, and observe that the menu is now wrong.

Expected behaviour

The menu should show the plots from the latests CSET run.

Environment

  • Version: [e.g. from cset --version]
  • Browser (if UI issue): Firefox
