@Benjiiim - Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
There are several potential root causes for the "Continue" button in a consent dialog not working:
Permissions and Policies: Ensure the user has the necessary permissions and check admin settings.
Configuration Issues: Verify app registration settings in the Azure portal.
Pop-up Blockers: Disable pop-up blockers or add the consent dialog URL to the allowed list.

I do think that an other potential root cause might be the absence of the right domain in the validDomains property of the manifest (token.botframework.com or one of the regional variant).
