[feat]: Add support for Epic Games collections

Feature description

In the Epic Games Launcher (at least on Windows) you can create collections and add games and apps to it and filters your library by them. It would be cool if Mythic would do their own collections or grab the ones from the user's account and you would be able to modify, create, and add to them inside of Mythic.
