Reimplement (some) ldns sub commands

Initial commands to support:

• key2ds (Key2ds #2)
• nsec3-hash (Implement nsec3-hash #1, Use domain crate NSEC3 support. #6)
• keygen (Add keygen command. #9)
  • needed key primitives are not supported by ring/domain, but
  • (private) key primitives are planned in domain
  • parsing/generating private key file format (as used by bind and ldns) is preliminarily implemented in Add private key file parsing and generation #5 (and needs discussion)
• notify (Notify #7)
• signzone (Add ldns-signzone like support. #8)
  • basic functionality mostly works but lacks support for most command line arguments.
• dnsupdate

• dane
• verifyzone
• walk
• compare zones
• readzone
• testns
