windows版本:直接运行可以运行,但是在powershell的命令行下运行就报错 #694

windows版本:在设计界面点击"本地直接运行"可以运行,但是自己打开powershell,通过命令行方式运行就会报错 "Failed to execute script 'easyspider_executestage' due to unhandle....".这是什么原因?!
